Location: Stoke-on-Trent (Hybrid Working Considered)
Salary: £40K-£60K

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our client’s growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. Based in or around Stoke-on-Trent, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual with a solid background in electrical project delivery within the construction industry.
You will be responsible for overseeing a range of electrical projects across the UK, typically valued between £500K and £4M, spanning a mix of sectors including commercial, residential, education, office spaces, domestic, and new builds.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the construction sector (minimum 3+ years).
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems, site operations, and installation practices.
  • Experience managing multiple projects of varying values (£500K–£4M).
  • Strong knowledge of relevant health & safety regulations and compliance.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • IT literate, with experience using project management tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition) desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of electrical projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to required standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee site progress, quality assurance, health & safety compliance, and resource allocation.
  • Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
  • Provide leadership and direction to site teams and ensure a collaborative and productive working environment.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, addressing issues and changes as required.
  • Manage project documentation including programmes, RAMS, progress reports, and final handover packs.
  • Travel to sites nationwide as needed (with travel expenses covered).
