Description

Join Sensori’s growing electrical team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects meet the highest quality standards. We’re seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to drive “Right First Time” results across medium-to-large scale electrical installations. This role is a site based role and will include travel within Europe.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Own the electrical quality management system, ensuring compliance with IEC, BS EN, and local grid codes.
  • Maintain the Electrical QA/QC portal on Sensori Central with up-to-date wiring diagrams, loop drawings, and test records.
  • Lead internal and external audits of on-site cable installations, switch gear assembly, panel wiring, and protection systems.
  • Develop and control inspection and test plans (ITPs), wiring schedules, and technical checklists.
  • Track, investigate, and close out non-conformance and corrective actions, driving lessons learned into best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct internal audits of office procedures and on-site electrical works, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.
  • Participate in client and certification body audits, ensuring timely closure of audit findings.
  • Prepare reports on QA performance metrics-cable test pass rates, panel acceptance rates, audit closure times-and present insights to management.
  • Advise Project Managers and site teams on quality-related risks, mitigation strategies, and compliance requirements.
  • Update and maintain the Electrical Quality Plan, Quality Manual, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), ensuring test protocols are followed and results are properly logged.
  • Verify punch-list completion and final installation integrity prior to client handover.
  • Prepare comprehensive site QA/QC reports summarizing inspection outcomes, test results, non-conformances, and corrective action status for managerial review.
  • Liaise daily with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractor teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
  • Lead site quality meetings to communicate progress, risks, and best practices, reinforcing Sensori’s commitment to excellence.
