We have an great opportunity for an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to be involved in both pre- and post-contract aspects, across various sectors. QUALIFICATION:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in Life Sciences projects.
• Strong background in contract indirect packages.
• Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Commercially aware, flexible, and eager to advance within the organisation.
• Ability to manage strict budgets and ensure commercial success.
• Strong time management and efficiency skills to meet demanding project goals.
