We are currently recruiting a Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team, based in our head office in Portarlington Co. Laois.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in the Construction Industry.
  Salary is Negotiable Based on Experience.

• Analysis of Tender Documents, Develop and Populate Accurate Bill of Quantities.
• Estimation of Project Costs, Tender Preparation and Submission,
• Commercial Management of ‘Live’ Contracts, Prepare and Issue Monthly Valuations, Tracking Any Scope Change, Preparation and Issue of Final Account.
• Financial Management of Sub Contractor Packages.
