Crew Electrical is a locally owned and operated electrical services company. We work for a variety of industries, including the Commercial, Industrial, and Oilfield industries. We are focused on providing Electrical services with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a Sales Representative with a diverse skills set who shares the same passion in the industry and customer service to join our crew.

REQUIREMENTS

· Demonstrated success in sales with a track record of achieving results.
· Skilled in analyzing market trends and adjusting strategies to maximize opportunities.
· Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers effectively.
· Strong customer service expertise focused on fostering and maintaining long-term client relationships.
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
· Proactive problem-solver with the capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
· High problem-solving aptitude and adaptability in dynamic environments.
· Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software systems.
· Journeyman Electrician Certification and/or experience in electrical estimating are considered assets.

CERTIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS

· Degree/ Diploma in a relevant field from an accredited post-secondary institution
· High School Diploma
· Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record

Responsibilities

· Must be able to provide and ensure an excellent standard of customer service and representation
· Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and current clients to drive repeat business
· Communicate effectively with team to coordinate calls, projects, activities, and ensure alignment.
· Help grow and maintain revenue/profit in accordance with the business plan.

· Build and maintain maintenance packages
· Provide technical sales support and product knowledge to clients as needed.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with market trends.
· Participate in outside sales activities, including networking events and trade shows.
· Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies accordingly.
