As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Salesperson to join our team and help drive our success into the future. As an Electrical Salesperson, you will be responsible for expanding sales by identifying customer needs, recommending tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional service. Your focus will be on building lasting relationships with both new and existing clients while meeting or exceeding sales targets. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical components, systems, and industry trends. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads Generate new business and drive company sales to meet monthly sales targets Respond to residential and commercial service calls to evaluate and diagnose issues Maximize sales opportunities by identifying and presenting options to customers Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-up on sales leads Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements Provide periodic sales forecasts In addition to our competitive pay, we offer great benefits including: 100% paid insurance premiums on medical, dental and vision 401k plan or 401k Roth with up to 4% match vested 100% paid long-term disability insurance Paid life insurance plan 1 floating holiday 6 paid holidays Vacation pay Sick pay Paid weekly Requirements 2+ years of proven sales experience Strong knowledge of electrical components, systems, and codes Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication Excellent customer services skills Familiarity with scheduling or field service software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Jobber, or similar) a plus
