Electrical Service Dispatcher

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing commercial electrical service and small project work
• Responsible for managing up to 20 service electricians
• Responsible for dispatching electricians with the correct materials and equipment to complete work
• Responsible for communicating with electricians while on site to provide support and assist with diagnosing/repairing electrical issues
• Responsible for reviewing all dispatch assignments to ensure route efficiencies
• Responsible for truck quality control and inventory control
• Responsible for providing quotes, including ability to analyze bid requests and existing site conditions to properly outline scope of work
• Responsible for weekly time sheet reviews to ensure they match up with quotes and invoices
• Responsible for ensuring proper ratio of electricians to cover territory and meet service level agreements
• Responsible for safety training and compliance
• Responsible for handling escalations as needed to include nights and weekends
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2+ years of office experience dispatching electricians
• 4+ years of field experience as a journeyman electrician
• Ability to communicate both verbally and thorough writing in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency, and complete them in a timely and professional manner
• Ability to comprehend, summarize, edit, and analyze data
• Ability to navigate customer portals (FM Pilot, ServiceChannel, etc.)
• Ability to create, navigate, search and update company systems (emails, reports, quotes, invoices, etc.)
• Proficient with creating, editing, and analyzing Excel spreadsheets and Word documents
• Must be bilingual in Spanish

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $59,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year
