Electrical Signing Supervisor Pay Range: $55 – $58.50 per hour ** Signing Bonus: $2,000 Hiring Immediately for Dayshift position: Monday – Friday 6 am – 2 pm Job Summary:  We are seeking an Electrical Signing Supervisor to join the RedBuilt team. As the Electrical Signing Supervisor, you will be involved in the estimating, installation, commissioning and servicing of electrical systems. This position requires a strong working knowledge of Electrical systems, Project Management, and Estimating. Build Something That Matters At RedBuilt, safety comes first - always. Minimum Qualifications * Valid Oregon S/PS (Signing Supervisor) – REQUIRED   Key Responsibilities In this role, you will support production by maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical systems, including but not limited to the following: * Ensure all electrical safety compliances * Complete Annual master permit application * Perform annual inspections with inspector * Train Apprentices * Communicate task progress, coordination, site logistics, and safety with plant leadership and stakeholders * Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams * Use computerized systems for timekeeping and maintenance documentation Core Competencies & Skills Successful candidates will demonstrate strength in the following areas: Technical * Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting in an industrial or manufacturing environment * Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems * Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation * Preventive and corrective maintenance practices * Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Safety & Compliance * Strong commitment to workplace safety and OSHA standards * Ability to follow lockout/tagout and other safety protocols * Willingness to participate in ongoing training and assessments Problem Solving & Reliability * Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills * Ability to work independently * Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive Communication & Teamwork * Clear communication with supervisors, coworkers, and vendors * Collaborative approach in a production-driven environment * Ability to provide clear direction and coaching to maintenance staff   Qualifications + Experience * 5+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with heavy equipment and machinery. * LVL, Lumber or Wood Products experience (a plus!) * Experience in Industrial Mechanical maintenance * Experience with Maintenance Management System * PLC Programming experience (a plus!) * Prior experience supervising electricians (a plus!)   Physical Demands & Work Environment * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods * Frequent bending, squatting, and stooping * Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts * High-noise manufacturing environment * Exposure to airborne particles and wood dust * Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions * Work overtime and weekends as needed to support operations     Benefits & Perks * 11 Paid Holidays * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Paid Community Service Time * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * FSA and HSA Options * 401(k) with Employer Match * Discretionary Profit Sharing * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * PayActiv – Early Access to Earned Wages * Company-Paid Life and AD&D Insurance * Company-Paid Short-Term Disability * Voluntary Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance * Discounted Pet Insurance * $2,000 Signing Bonus * PPE Provided (including reimbursement for prescription safety glasses and safety boots) Reports to: Maintenance Manager FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Location: Stayton, OR Job Type: Full time Pay Range: $55 – $58.50 per hour Equal Opportunity Employer RedBuilt is an equal opportunity employer.
