We are looking for an Electrical Site Engineer position. We appreciate you taking the time to review the list of qualifications and to apply for the position.
Key Responsibilities:
· Knowledge of local UAE authority codes and regulations.
· Proficiency in electrical design of infra projects including preparation and verification of lighting & small power distribution, cable size calculations, sizing of generator, sizing of Transformers, UPS, capacitor bank sizing, DB & SMDB schedules and LV schematic.
· Preparation of Single Line Diagram, Voltage Drop Calculation, Overall Load Calculation.
· Material Take Off & technical support for procurement.
· Knowledge of ELV systems such as fire alarm, Emergency Light and related civil defence guidelines.
· Knowledge of ICT, Security & PA Systems.
· Reviewing of SPL, FOV, WIFI Heat Map Calculation
· Preparation of Overall Layouts of Electrical Cabling, ELV routing.
· Reviewing of Material Submittals.
· Preparation of Tender Drawings and Overall Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
· Knowledge of Earthing & Lightning system.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
· Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in the construction industry, especially in buildings and infrastructure projects.
· Familiarity with AutoCAD drafting.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members.
