Responsibilities
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Pay Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience
  • Brief Role Description:
  • Supervising and managing all electrical installations on-site.
  • Ensuring construction works align with design drawings, project specifications, and work schedules.
  • Performing regular inspections to verify compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards.
  • Identifying material needs, informing the Site Chief, and performing regular warehouse controls.
  • Monitoring and evaluating man-hour values for construction tasks.
  • Submitting daily progress reports to the Site Chief.
  • Addressing material, manpower, and site issues proactively and assisting the Site Chief in taking necessary precautions.
  • Investigating defects or incomplete works reported by the client, implementing corrective actions, and escalating unresolved issues.
  • Enforcing and promoting strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
