• Strong knowledge of Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) project management skills
• Load Calculations and can do AutoCAD
• Experience in managing and executing Fit out projects for luxurious residential and villa
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Preparing weekly and monthly report for the project status
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Knowledgeable with authorities roles and regulation DEWA, Nakheel, Trakhees, JGE, Emaar Community and Dubai Municipality
• The candidate should have minimum 3-5years’ experience in Interior Fit out, Joinery, Construction within UAE
• DEWA Registered
• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
• Proactive and with sense of responsibility
• Can join Immediately
• Driving license is a must
