· Undertake contract administration including programming, labour scheduling, and reporting
· Lead and mentor engineers and apprentices with direct line management responsibility
· Drive H&S compliance across site with regular safety inspections and proactive management
· Maintain documentation in line with Trust and legal requirements (permits, certification, etc.)
· Provide detailed project performance updates, flag risks, and recommend timely interventions
· Negotiate rates with suppliers and support estimating team on cost control
· Support hands-on project works when required (tools-in-hand)
· Identify strategic opportunities for project and process improvement with senior leadership
What you’ll need
· Proven track record managing electrical packages on M&E projects
· Experience delivering projects in healthcare, education, or commercial sectors
· Qualified to current IET Wiring Regulations (BS7671)

· Strong leadership, delegation, and mentoring skills
· Ability to manage subcontractor relationships and drive team performance
· Confident using project management and document control software
· Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to undergo DBS and site compliance checks
What’s in it for you
· Competitive pay rate (£18.00–£22.00 per hour, depending on experience)
· Discretionary profit-based performance bonus scheme
· Company pension, car allowance, phone, PPE and uniform
· Full-time, permanent role with long-term stability
· Training and leadership development opportunities
