Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This opportunity has arisen from our ongoing success and growth in the renewable energy sector. We are looking for an Electrical Site Manager.
As part of the Operations Team, you will be responsible for effectively managing the site operations team to install and commission a diverse range of electrical HV projects in line with Powersystems’ strategy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend and contribute to regular meetings with the Operations Manager.
  • Assist SHEQ team with internal and external audits.
  • Ensure all tools, equipment and materials are arranged and inspected prior to site arrival.
  • Ensure ongoing condition and availability of site tools and materials.
  • Coordinate planned works with clients and project engineers/managers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Proactively improve processes and service delivery.
  • Contribute to Powersystems ongoing success and client satisfaction.
  • Promote and demonstrate the Companys 5 core Principles: Health, Safety and Well-being, Professionalism, Pride, Partnership and Proactive.
