REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in a similar role as an Electrical Site Supervisor
• Recognised electrical qualification
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices
• Strong understanding of HSE and QA/QC procedures
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to work on a full-time, site-based basis in London
• ECS/CSCS card, SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)

THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team on a high-profile data center project in Newport. This is a site-based, hands-on role, responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical installation work, ensuring it is completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
You will act as the key point of contact on-site, coordinating teams, liaising with contractors, and ensuring project timelines are met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a focus on delivering top-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on-site
• Ensure all works are completed in line with project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations
• Lead and manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality standards
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and daily site inductions
• Monitor progress and report on daily activities to the project management team
• Review and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment needed on-site
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
