JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to assist in the delivery of a utility-scale solar project in Ireland. You will be responsible for supervising the installation of all electrical systems on-site, ensuring compliance with design standards, health and safety regulations, and project timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience supervising electrical installations
• Strong understanding of LV and MV
• Knowledge of electrical safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Right to work in Ireland (EU citizenship or relevant permit)

• Supervise all electrical works including LV and MV installations
• Coordinate and manage electrical subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution
• Monitor and enforce strict compliance with HSE policies and procedures
• Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks across all electrical installations
• Collaborate with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure design specifications are met
• Attend regular site meetings, reporting on electrical progress and highlighting any risks or delays
