  PHE have a new opportunity for an Electrical Site Supervisor with underground mining experience to join us on a project in New South Wales.
  You will assist the Superintendent and work with the team to make the project a success with your skills and experience. You will demonstrate proven experience in a similar role and have the ability to deliver the project on time, whilst maintaining the great reputation the company holds with the client.
  There is a great remuneration package on offer and an opportunity to expand your career in the mining industry. This role is based on a 2 and 1 roster at a remote underground mine site.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Undertake project-specific tasks as appropriate and directed to you by the Superintendent.
• Leading a Team of Leading Hands and Electricians
• Lead by example for all Safety on site
• Report task status, including forecast outcomes with relation to time, cost, scope and quality, when required
• Maintain records of work-in-progress and communications in line with the project management methodology
• Participate in and inform project planning and auditing activities

You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

• Have a great attitude
• Enjoy problem solving
• Excellent Leadership in Safety
• Minimum 3 years experience in a Supervisory role
• Previous underground mining experience
• Mining Supervisor (S123) desirable and not essential
• Microsoft Office 365 applications including Teams, Excel
• Experience in the use and interpretation of Project Scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera)
• Quality Management experience
• Budget management experienc
