Job Summary We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Specialist Supervisor to lead a team assembling complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems in modular units. This hands-on leadership role requires strong electrical expertise, mechanical aptitude, and proven experience in a production environment, with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily electrical/MEP assembly activities. Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure quality and schedule compliance. Collaborate with management on facility setup and workflow improvements. Provide hands-on installation of systems (busways, cable trays, lighting, water manifolds). Interpret technical drawings and ensure compliance with codes and specifications. Develop and maintain work instructions for assembly stations. Train and mentor team members on tools, safety, and installation techniques. Inspect completed work for accuracy and adherence to standards. Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality control standards. Keep the workspace clean, organized, and tools/materials properly stored. Coordinate workflow through clear communication with supervisors, project managers, and other teams. Lead and support continuous improvement efforts to boost efficiency and quality. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Electrician or 5+ years’ experience in electrical assembly/MEP systems in a manufacturing or construction leadership role. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical integration, and installation techniques. Proficient with electrical tools, measuring instruments, and reading schematics/blueprints. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and safety-conscious. Physically able to lift, carry, and maneuver materials. Skilled at fostering teamwork and motivating staff. Comfortable with tablets, laptops, and MES software. Preferred Qualifications Leadership experience in electrical or MEP production assemblies. Knowledge of quality control procedures and manufacturing best practices. OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification. Work Environment Hands-on leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
