Requirements Qualifications Valid Texas Journeyman License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR) Demonstrated experience leading crews or working in a supervisory role Strong background in commercial electrical installations Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents Proficiency with industry-standard electrical tools and materials Excellent problem-solving, communication, and critical-thinking skills Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

The Electrical Superintendent will be responsible for supervising and mentoring electrical apprentice crews on commercial and industrial job sites, ensuring the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
