Job Description We are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and safety of all electrical systems within the hotel. This role ensures uninterrupted electrical supply, regulatory compliance, and effective supervision of the electrical team. The Electrical Supervisor plays a key role in supporting smooth hotel operations by maintaining reliable power distribution, lighting, emergency systems, and BMS-integrated electrical infrastructure in line with Faena brand standards. Key Responsibilities Monitor and operate electrical systems through the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Supervise and coordinate electrical technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to preventive maintenance schedules. Oversee maintenance and repair of power distribution, lighting, UPS, generators, emergency power, and low-current systems. Conduct routine inspections, testing, and fault diagnosis to ensure safe and reliable operation. Coordinate with the Director of Engineering and approved contractors for system upgrades, testing, and repairs. Maintain accurate records of work orders, maintenance logs, test results, and statutory documentation. Ensure proper control and availability of electrical spare parts, tools, and consumables. Train and mentor technicians on electrical safety, BMS operation, and hotel standards. Support fire life safety system coordination in collaboration with Security and local authorities. Ensure electrical rooms, panels, and service areas meet safety, labeling, and housekeeping standards. Monitor energy consumption and support efficiency and sustainability initiatives. Support budgeting, cost control, and capital planning related to electrical systems. Ensure full compliance with local electrical codes, life safety regulations, and brand standards. Qualifications Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Senior Electrician in luxury hotels or large facilities. Strong technical knowledge of power distribution, generators, UPS, emergency systems, and BMS integration. Solid understanding of electrical safety regulations and statutory compliance. Leadership experience supervising technicians and contractors. Relevant trade certification or electrical license preferred.
