Description

This role is critical to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our equipment and facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electricians, coordinating maintenance activities, and driving continuous improvement in reliability and safety.
Salary Range : $75K – 90K

  • Supervise and manage electricians, ensuring effective performance and adherence to safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain a capable maintenance team through training and certification.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Planner to schedule daily and long-term workloads.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance (PM) scheduling and ensure availability of parts and work orders.
  • Monitor and manage maintenance budgets.
  • Participate in daily meetings with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and identify needs.
  • Handle administrative tasks including timekeeping, purchase orders, and work order management.
  • Lead electrical repair and improvement projects.
  • Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements.
  • Promote and enforce food safety and occupational health and safety standards.
  • Industrial Red Seal Electrician certification or equivalent years of experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment; food and beverage preferred
  • 3 years of supervisory experience strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and solve complex problems
