We are CBH.  The Role Take the Lead as an Electrical Supervisor at the Geraldton Terminal.   Step into a key role where you'll oversee the weekly maintenance schedule, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your work will directly support the availability and reliability of operations, under the guidance of the Maintenance Superintendent.   This is a full-time, permanent position based on a Monday to Friday roster.   Responsibilities include: Collaborate with the planner and area managers to prioritise work requests and develop the weekly maintenance schedules Support the maintenance team and contractors to execute the schedules with discipline, ensuring that maintenance activities are recorded consistently and accurately in a timely manner Contribute to the development and improvement of preventive maintenance plans Provide timely and accurate advice to the maintenance team and key stakeholders   About you: Electrical trade qualification HV switching and Hazardous areas (desired) Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, mentor and develop maintenance teams  Previous experience in a similar role SAP or similar experience   Why work with CBH?  A good bunch of people   We are powered by a good bunch of people who genuinely make CBH a good place to work.
