We are seeking a skilled and experienced working Electrical Supervisor to oversee our electrical projects and maintenance operations. This role requires effective management of team members, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely while adhering to industry standards while working on site, candidate will be required across multiple sites.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in an electrical supervisory role or similar position.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance practices, and mechanical knowledge.
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal, ensuring clear instructions are conveyed. • Supervise and lead a team of electricians, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
• Manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems
• Client facing, presentable and able to hold a professional conversation with client
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices within the workplace.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate project requirements and schedules.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering their professional development.
