Job Description
The Electrical Supervisor at Newhaul Port Logistics is responsible for overseeing the electrical maintenance and reliability of the port’s conveyor systems, fixed plant, and other critical infrastructure. This role ensures that electrical systems are operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
The Electrical Supervisor works closely with the Maintenance Manager, Mechanical Supervisor, and HSE Advisor to implement preventative maintenance programs, troubleshoot faults, and coordinate electrical maintenance activities with minimal operational disruption. They lead by example, ensuring a strong safety culture, effective problem-solving, and continuous improvement in electrical maintenance processes.
Roster: 9-day fortnight working 12-hour shifts

QUALIFICATIONS

• Australian Recognised Electrical Trade Qualification (Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent)
• Current WA ‘A’ Grade Electrical Licence
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations and safe electrical practices
