ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR (ELECTRICAL BIAS)

Lead Engineer or Electrical Supervisor or Building Services Engineer
We’re recruiting for a qualified and experienced Supervisor, based static on our clients site based in Riverside, London SW1P, close to Vauxhall or Pimlico Tube Station and surrounding areas.
Duties include, leading the single man site , taking responsibility for coordinating and delivering the PPM program and reactive maintenance tasks. This is a client facing position therefore providing our client with outstanding customer service through great communication, reassurance, and high-quality standards of work at all times is essential.
This position is Days only, 40 hours per week, Mon – Fri 08:00-17:00

General Duties:

  • PPM and Reactive works on Pumps, Lighting, Boilers, LV Switchgear, CHP’s, Substation etc. (no generators)
  • Fault finding (Electrical bias)
  • Coordinate and lead.
  • Majority, if not all works are maintenance based not installation.
  • Document control - reporting, logs (paper & electronic).
  • Client/customer service, interaction, and management.

Qualifications and Experience requirements:

  • Level 3 Electricall C&G/NVQ or equivalent – essential.
  • Mechanical bias preferred however multiskilled welcome.
  • Good working knowledge of Pumps, lighting, CHPs, and electrical faults in general.
  • Experience in document control, reporting, logs etc.
  • Client interaction / client facing experience.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
