Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our Roads Operations and Maintenance team in Doha, Qatar. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical aspects of our road infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with local regulations. Lead and manage a team of electricians and technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems for road infrastructure Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment and systems Oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of complex electrical issues in road operations Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all electrical work Collaborate with project managers and other departments to coordinate electrical work with overall road maintenance schedules Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including work orders, inspection reports, and electrical system diagrams Manage inventory of electrical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability of necessary materials Provide technical guidance and training to team members on electrical systems and safety procedures Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to the development of electrical strategies for road maintenance Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in electrical systems for transportation infrastructure Qualifications Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in electrical supervision, preferably in roads operations and maintenance In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, particularly those used in transportation infrastructure Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints Thorough understanding of safety protocols and regulations in electrical work Experience with roads operations and maintenance is highly preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when required Additional Information Business Line: Consulting and Operations Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: OnM Operations Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Services and Operations Profession: Operation and Maintenance - OMI - General Management
