Job Title: Electrical Supervisor
Reports To: Chief Electrician
Location: Shoals Plant

We’re looking for an Electrical Supervisor who brings strong technical expertise, a coaching mindset, and the organizational skills to lead a dynamic team of electricians in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring safe and efficient electrical maintenance across the plant, while developing the skills of the team and aligning with our company values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily direction and support to hourly electricians, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Lead with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing electricians at all experience levels—including managing training plans, conducting formal coaching sessions, and maintaining the team’s training matrix.
  • Oversee execution of the weekly electrical job schedule; assign daily work based on manpower and plant priorities.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Electrician and Electrical Planner to review upcoming job plans and develop resource strategies.
  • Conduct daily gemba walks, participate in area housekeeping reviews, and ensure work is being done safely and to standard.
  • Lead weekly reflection board meetings with the electrical team to align with plant goals, share updates, and drive engagement.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and high-functioning electrical shop with strong 5S principles.
  • Ensure completion and proper documentation of all required electrical inspections.
  • Regularly review and update standard operating procedures and safe work plans to reflect best practices.
  • Serve as a role model for safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven electrical experience with 2 years minimum in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and sound decision making skills under pressure.
  • Prove ability to lead, motivate, and develop others in a team setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’ll be working closely with a cross-functional team every day.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Solid understanding of safety compliance and safe work practices.
  • High proficiency in computer-based systems, including Microsoft Office and plant systems such as EAM and Oracle. Ability to generate reports, track progress, and commicate digiallt is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure.

Hourly Salary: $44.60
Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
