REQUIREMENTS:

• JP (Job Performer) certification – ADNOC approved (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Electrical Supervisor in the oil & gas sector.
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical field.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, permit systems, and HSE policies.
• Proficient in interpreting electrical drawings, SLDs, and technical specifications.
• Ability to manage a team and work under tight project schedules.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with ADNOC onshore/offshore projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiar with site documentation and inspection procedures.

  Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont

• Supervise and coordinate all electrical activities at the job site.
• Ensure execution of electrical installations and testing in line with approved drawings and specifications.
• Plan and organize resources (manpower, materials, tools) for daily tasks.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of electrical scope.
• Coordinate with client representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Enforce compliance with ADNOC safety requirements and permit-to-work systems.
• Lead toolbox talks and ensure crew adherence to safety standards.
• Prepare daily reports, checklists, and ensure quality control compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve site-level technical issues promptly.
