JOB DESCRIPTION:

Smart Volt Group is seeking experienced and dedicated Electrical Supervisors with a strong background in solar projects to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with preference given to those with GCC and solar project experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (GCC & Solar project experience preferred)
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to join immediately
• UAE Driving license holder preferred

• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar electrical systems.
• Ensure all work is performed according to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and technicians.
• Monitor progress and prepare reports for management.
• Prepared BOQs and tracked material delivery schedules to ensure on-time
• Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site electrical issues.
