Electrical Switchgear - Engineering and Production Manager
We are hiring an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager with expertise in Power and Control Distribution. In this role, you will build and lead a team overseeing the development and production of electrical switchgear systems tailored to client project requirements.
Working closely with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders, you will ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design electrical switchgear systems, including layouts, schematics, and bills of materials (BOMs) to meet project specifications.
• Assist design to develop detailed electrical schematics and layout drawings using SEE Electrical, AutoCAD, and 3D design tools.
• Assist with the preparation of accurate bills of materials and draft single-line diagrams for tender submissions.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical challenges through various communication channels.
• Manage project scheules and budgets to ensure projects are on-time and on-budget.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders to address technical issues.
• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred; candidates with a solid technical background will also be considered.
• Proficiency in SEE Electrical or similar design software, along with experience in 2D and 3D design tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
• A proactive approach to adopting new design technologies to enhance efficiency and innovation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work and succeed in a fast paced environment.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• 5+ years in electrical manufacturing and production

Pay: €60,000.00-€100,000.00 per year
