Responsibilities:

  • Define and validate the test environment. Integrate, verify, and validate the electrical system according to component interfaces and expected system behaviour.
  • Collaborate as a team member in testing and verifying electrical systems.
  • Perform work based on provided input requirements and instructions.
  • Scope of testing and verification is well-defined and focused on specific system behaviours.
  • Execute tasks according to provided plans and directives.
  • Analyse inputs and apply knowledge even when working with undefined parameters.
  • Take operational responsibility for day-to-day tasks, working within a limited test scope.
  • Use experience to analyse and draw conclusions from delivered test results.
  • Resolve issues identified during testing.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery according to defined methods, expected inputs, and outputs.
  • Lead system engineering efforts within a technical team, ensuring quality and readiness prior to release.

Requirements:

  • Recognized expertise in Electrical Systems Verification Engineering, typically obtained through advanced education and 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience as a project lead and ability to coach, mentor, and educate others within the organization.
  • Known subject matter expert and go-to resource for complex, discipline-related issues.
  • Strong T-shaped profile, with either deeper discipline expertise or a well-developed generalist toolbox.
  • Proven experience as a product owner, contributing to project roadmaps and strategies aligned with industry trends.
  • Ability to clearly demonstrate and articulate value creation by aligning their work with the overall technical development/business area strategy.
