Our building and construction economics skills are well represented on several high profile projects. Some examples like Jewel Changi Airport mixed-use development at Changi Airport that will feature leisure, retail, hotel and airport operations facilities as well as Star Vista, the iconic civic, cultural, retail and entertainment complex. Our engineers provided mechanical and electrical design and project managed building services works.
We are also the client’s building services engineer for the Mapletree Business City II, a business park covering 125,000sqm and comprising three blocks of podium and one block of a 30-storey tower.
You will be part of a dynamic team, working together within multi-disciplinary team to ensure the development of the business and its members.

This role will lead, supervise and mentor a team of engineers, along with:

• To undertake independently design and construction supervision of building electrical services for aviation, commercial, industrial, infrastructure and institutional building projects.
• To work closely with other departments on various projects starting from concept stage, design, contract documentation, authority submissions, site administration to project completion
• Act as a team leader in design, construction supervision and project management
• Attend design meetings, site meetings and all other project related meetings
• Be responsible for project budgeting, project finance management and project performance
• To assist the team leader in the preparation of bid and proposal.
