You will provide your expertise including but not limited to, cable installation, low-voltage distribution, high-voltage switchyard upgrades and general electrical infrastructure upgrades. You will work as a part of the team ensuring work is completed safely, effectively and to the required standard. ABOUT YOU * Hold an Electrical trade qualification with a current Electrical licence * Hold an industry White Card * Proven experience in heavy industrial plant, with demonstrated leadership experience * Ability to lead a team with well-developed communication skills and delegate responsibilities to direct reports * Exposure / experience with project planning, execution and delivery preferred but not essential * Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks independently and prioritise effectively * An ability to commit Mon – Fri work being available for some overtime when required.
