Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Electrical Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our global c ustomers and service partners, troubleshooting product issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with engineering, production, and sales teams to deliver practical solutions and improve product performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven background in electronics, electronic engineering/design, and controls.
• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferable.
• Experience in wireless systems is desirable.
• Experience in automation / robotics is desirable.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles, maintenance and repair of machinery and electrical diagnostics.
• Excellent planning, organising, decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, flexible and proactive individual with good time management and the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

• Provide timely technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, diagnosing issues, and offering solutions for our products and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both remotely and onsite when necessary.
• Document technical issues and resolutions, contributing to our knowledge base for ongoing improvement.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of MasterMover products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues and contribute to product improvements.
• Deliver product training to c ustomers and service partners to ensure proper usage and performance.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by following up on issues and providing regular status updates.
