QUALIFICATIONS

• Formal vocational or trade qualifications as an Electrician to the standard of an Electrician (Special Class). Equivalent experience will be considered.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience in electrical installation or commissioning, including the following:

• Routing and installation of electrical cabling and assemblies in line with technical drawings and applicable local and international standards.
• Coordinating the selection and procurement of electrical materials, ensuring compliance with project specifications and delivery schedules.
• Supporting the planning and oversight of installation resources and contractors on-site, in collaboration with the electrical office.
• Providing technical assistance during execution and troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution in line with project milestones.
• Acting as a liaison with subcontractors and partner companies to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
• Supporting compliance with Australian standards, codes and safety regulations.
• Interpreting technical documentation and assisting in the commissioning and validation of electrical systems.

As Electrical Technicians, you will be responsible for the installation, integration and support of electrical systems for packaging automation machinery. You will coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the electrical systems are delivered to technical, regulatory and operational standards.
