Job Title: Electrical Technician
Job Description
You will work with defective automotive materials that require inspection and reworking. You will use measuring tools such as multimeters to test for continuity across the pins.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical assembly and disassembly of automotive and aerospace wire harnesses.
  • Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
  • De-pin and re-pin electrical connectors.
  • Solder and splice wires efficiently.
  • Utilize multimeters, measuring tools, and hand tools effectively.
  • Rework mechanical assemblies as needed.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 6 months experience as an electrical technician with hands-on experience, which can be from co-op or internship.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Experience with wiring, soldering, and crimping.
  • Proficiency in de-pinning and re-pinning electrical connectors.
  • Experience using measuring tools, including multimeters.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical assembly processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
