THE OPPORTUNITY

Alpha Inc. is seeking a highly skilled, self-driven Electrical Technician (Apprentice or Journeyman) to join our fast-paced Energy team. This role is crucial to supporting the growth and performance of our solar and battery projects across the islands. As a technician on the frontlines of our energy operations, you’ll install and maintain critical electrical systems—from residential panels to large-scale solar PV and battery systems. You’ll work closely with project teams to deliver top-tier workmanship while upholding Alpha’s rigorous safety and quality standards.
