  • Manages all aspects of Electrical works under their control. Including safety checks and industry standards, reporting an non-compliance
  • Respond timeously on progress and to all requests from the Project Manager
  • Liaise with other site teams to ensure works are completed.
  • Complete quality checks of work to ensure required standards are met.
  • Quality assure others work and where necessary highlight corrections to be made during site works.
  • Monitor and report progress against plan, highlighting any delays to the Project Manager in order to mitigate and manage change in the project delivery.
  • Communicate with the site teams prior to, during and after commissioning.
  • Provide electrical support and knowledge to other team members.
  • Complete handover documentation within the required timescales.
  • Completion of NIC Certification for handover.
  • Complete required Health & Safety actions on a site by site basis, recording and reporting on the Bilfinger UK Systems

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Industrial Electrical Works
  • Water Industry (desirable)
  • Completed similar role
  • Quality Assurance
  • 18th Edition IEE Regulations
  • 18th Edition IEE Regulations
  • ECS Card
  • Certification/Qualification in Electrical /Electronic Engineering.
  • Water Card (EUSR) (Not Essential)
  • Thames Water Passport (Not Essential)
  • 2391 Inspection (desirable)
  • Good communication skills
  • Good Organisational skills
  • Attention to detail/quality
  • Time management
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
