Work #LikeABosch Job Description 1st Level Support (First contact person in case of "problems") according to electrical in MAE issue. Initial analyze and troubleshoot electrical faults, including power supply issues, sensors, actuators, motors, and control panels Repairing MAE within the scope of technical education respectively Identification of specialist department Perform Preventative service/maintenance according to electrical MAE following maintenance plan and standard. Support PLC‑controlled equipment (basic diagnostics, I/O checking, signal tracing; programming support if authorized) Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Support equipment installation, modification, commissioning activities and MAE release for new production line Perform maintenance according to maintenance plan on machine and calibration. Ensure compliance with EHS, electrical safety, and lock‑out/tag‑out (LOTO) procedures and Maintain safety action & conditions and report any unsafe machine operation. Support in ensuring spare part availability. Execute any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time. Coordinate with Production Team, Process Engineering, and Maintenance teams during breakdowns and improvements Qualifications Diploma Polytechnic or SMK, preferably Electronic Engineering. Experience 2-3 years in the automotive industry is an advantage. Must possess Industrial electrical systems (AC/DC power, grounding, protection, Control panels, MCC, relays, contactors, circuit breakers) & have the ability to work hands-on Good English in writing, reading and speaking skills Have Knowledge in Automation & Control Knowledge Understand PLC system structure, PLC Logic and Interface between PLC,HMI , Sensor and Actuator (input/output level) Understand to read Electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, Equipment technical manuals, Electrical and pneumatic diagrams used for maintenance activities Experience in electrical troubleshooting and repair, Identify and debug all I/O ports and variables, replace key electrical components, resolve common and recurring electrical faults Restore equipment to safe operational status after failure Have Execute electrical preventive maintenance per schedule, Detect early electrical degradation, Record maintenance actions and abnormalities consistently ystematic fault isolation, Electrical failure analysis using schematics and signals, Support root cause analysis with engineering teams, High safety awareness and discipline, Structured and methodical working style, Accountability for equipment condition, Clear documentation and shift handover behavior Have good communication with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering Willing to work in Normal and rotating shift schedule and ready to work in Delta Silicon or Deltamas Industrial at Cikarang-Bekasi Additional Information This position will be hired 1 year-contract based HR Contact Person: Nahda Miftah Legal Entity: PT.
