The Opportunity
We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Electrical Technicians to join our team on an ongoing basis, supporting one of our major customers in Staffordshire. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and modification of electrical components on light commercial vehicles.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Recognised auto electrical qualification or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive sector
• Competent in using diagnostic equipment and interpreting results
• Able to work independently, efficiently, and within confined spaces
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Must supply own tools including multimeter, crimping tools, socket set, electrical screwdrivers, and trim tools

• Installation of electrical components including lights, lamps, and beacons
• Fitting and testing of reverse sensors and alarms
• Wiring for tow bar installations
• Fitting and modifying wiring looms
• Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults
• Modifying electrical circuits and loom builds
• Removal and refitting of interior trim and vehicle components
