You will be hardworking and committed to ensuring the highest standards are always adhered to, readily interacting with our client / tenants as required. You will also be one of two appointed AP’s for the LV systems on site.AS PART OF THE ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN ROLE, YOU WILL:
• Legislative PPM tasks – including Emergency Luminaire Inspection, Test and Repair
• Reactive Maintenance tasks to a variety of plant and equipment as directed by the helpdesk
• Site AP for LV – Includes all AP duties and responsibilities
• Functional Switching of 11KV distribution network
• Fault diagnosis and solution identification/implementation
• Risk assessment
• Out of hours callout support based on a 1 week in 4 rota
• Adherence to PPM assigned to you by the scheduler
• Contribution to continuous process/system improvement
• Accurate identification of faults and timely implementation of appropriate solutionsAS AN ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN, WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulation
• Other formal electrical qualifications
• Experience in a similar role in a facilities management environment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong decision making ability
