Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct STW, testing, commissioning and maintenance of electrical systems
  • Bring your technical expertise to the team-share knowledge, drive best practices, and foster continuous improvement.
  • Complete IPMS test documentation and where required, data input within applicable electronic toolsets.
  • Ensure testing and commissioning activities are completed safely, following WHS legislation and BAE Systems SHE policies.
  • Work with the IPMS Lead to execute the program, identify skill gaps, upskill the team, and ensuring knowledge is shared across roles.
  • Assist in creating T&C strategies and plans that align with broader business objectives.
  • Support the Verification & Acceptance team in delivering successful verification activities.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure testing aligns with robust engineering solutions.
