Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Technician to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an Electrical Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in various industrial settings. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical installations Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex electrical problems Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and installations Respond to emergency calls and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner Assist in the implementation of energy-efficient electrical solutions Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving electrical technologies Qualifications Associate's degree in Electrical Technology or related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Electrical Technician Proven expertise in electrical systems troubleshooting and repair Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations Hands-on experience with various electrical testing equipment Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and power distribution Experience in electrical maintenance and installation Relevant electrical certifications (e.g., Certified Electrical Technician) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills for record-keeping and report generation Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions
