Assistant Engineer Technical is a role which provides on-site technical support, maintenance for products and devices. The role is crucial in ensuring technicians receive prompt and effective assistance particularly when issues cannot be resolved by L1,L2 methods.
· Responsible for conducting device related configurations and parameters settings as per project requirements.
· Assisting the technicians at sites for detailed diagnosis and troubleshooting of critical issues.
· Identifying the root causes and raising the issue with Device & RnD team and getting the resolutions from OEM.
· Ensure technicians are equipped with all technical soft skills and training on device diagnosis and troubleshooting the device related issues in workshop and customer sites.
· Prepare technical reports on repeated, critical or new issues with assistance with Device and R&D Team.
· Prioritize tasks based on urgency and customer needs.
· Keep the company allotted car clean and tidy. Adhere to company rules and policies.
· Inform all technical issues to Supervisor / Team Leader for properly communicating with customers.
· Report all daily activities to Field Support Manager by end of the day.

§ Identify skill gaps and organize trainings for the team on various aspects to ensure overall learning and development.
§ Positive team leadership and open communication channels.
