Electrical Technician - Team Leader
Full time, permanent position available with an immediate start.
Monday – Thursday 8am - 5pm. Fridays 7:30am - 4pm.

Due to company growth are looking for an experienced Electrical Technician – Team Leader to join our production environment. We are looking for an individual who has experience working with single and multi-axis control systems, as well as leadership skills and qualities.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Electrical Technician – Team Leader, you’ll take ownership of the electrical assembly process - leading a team of technicians, managing workload priorities, and ensuring that all machinery and control panels are built to the highest standard. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in industrial wiring, looking to step into a position of technical and team leadership.

DUTIES:

• Allocate tasks, set priorities, and manage day-to-day workload for a small team.
• Ensure adherence to electrical schematics, safety standards, and build quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams to meet deadlines.
• Carry out quality checks, fault-finding, and testing of electrical systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in workshop practices and efficiency.
• Act as the go-to technical point of contact for electrical assembly.
• Report to the Director of Engineering.
