We are now looking to recruit an Electrician to join our team. We are a property development and maintenance company based in Bath.
The job will involve covering both reactive and planned maintenance for the vast portfolio of properties we look after. We also have varying projects that we work on as well as developing our own properties.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly with senior management to fully understand job requirements
• Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed to provide estimations
• Install, Modify, inspect, test, certify all types of electrical installations
• Inspect places and conduct repairs and maintenance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrician
• Proven experience carrying out EICR’s
• Excellent hand dexterity with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with all team members and clients alike
• Qualified with NVQ level 3 or equivalent
• 17th edition (preferably 18th edition)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Full driving licence
• Can do attitude towards tasks
• Able to make quick decisions under own initiative with an appreciation for commercial consequences
• Excellent understanding of electrical techniques and methods of installation and construction
• Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
