Refer to our website for details on our products, our quality certifications, licenses, photos and even many videos at www.interconnect-wiring.com Job Description: Test Electrical Testing wiring harnesses assemblies using the DIT-MCO machine or other means as indicated on the work traveler (i.e. fluke meter) Test priority items as informed by the Testing Lead Check in/out test cables used in the electrical testing of wiring harnesses assemblies Maintain and inventory all test cables on daily basis Quality Troubleshoot all test nonconformances Initiate quality problem reports relating to test nonconformances Interface with assembly, inspection and planning personnel in a professional manner Understand and comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System Make suggestions to Quality Manager for improvements to the test process Program Write and review DIT-MCO Test Programs as needed Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or Technical School or Equivalent 2 years minimum experience in the Aerospace Industry Effective computer skills including use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook Self motivated and well organized Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Basic electronic knowledge, and DIT-MCO Programmer is a plus Lift approximately 50 lbs or more Ability to work overtime on short notice to support production schedule Ability to work alone or with others
Responsibilities
The Electrical Tester is responsible for testing wiring harness assemblies using various methods and troubleshooting any nonconformances. They will also maintain and inventory test cables and interface with assembly and inspection personnel.
