Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Verification & EMC Engineer to support electrical system validation, compliance, and verification activities throughout the product development lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing electrical designs, specifications, test methods, and verification results while ensuring compliance with functional, quality, and electromagnetic compatibility requirements. The role combines electrical system verification with EMC/EMI compliance and testing support. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications. Ensure compliance with electrical, functional, quality, and EMC requirements. Develop and maintain verification plans, test specifications, and validation strategies. Support electrical system verification and validation activities. Review, analyze, and approve test methods, test procedures, and test results. Interpret industry EMC/EMI standards and translate them into internal engineering requirements. Support EMC compliance activities during product development and validation. Coordinate and support EMC testing at component, subsystem, and system levels. Analyze test results and identify deviations, technical risks, and improvement opportunities. Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical and EMC-related issues. Collaborate with design, systems, hardware, software, testing, and quality teams. Ensure traceability between requirements, verification activities, and test results. Prepare technical documentation, compliance reports, and engineering recommendations. Drive continuous improvement of verification and validation processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, Physics, or a related discipline. Several years of experience in electrical systems verification, validation, testing, or EMC engineering. Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and system architecture. Experience reviewing technical documentation, specifications, and verification reports. Knowledge of EMC/EMI principles, standards, and testing methodologies. Experience developing verification plans, test specifications, and compliance documentation. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
