Job Description This position is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all of Electrical systems and equipment including planned maintenance, installation and modifications. Ensures all work follows safe work practices and fire procedures Responds immediately to all work requests which concern Health and Safety Responds to guest requests promptly in a professional and courteous manner Operates, maintain and repair all electrical related equipment Ensures the optimum performance of all electrical related equipment by effectively following the preventive maintenance and the shift readings programs Evaluates and appropriately responds to equipment usage and energy efficiency Completes all work orders with due diligence Maintains a daily log book highlighting problems and solutions; and activities Maintain equipment catalog and tagging directories Actively participates in the monthly departmental meeting by providing feedback and offering suggestions for improvement Maintains health and safety documentation and records for the assigned area Reports and documents potential safety hazards Participates as directed in the emergency response team Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must have five years of verifiable commercial experience. Material Handling Equipment certification as required. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety procedures, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure and technical manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or colleagues of the organization. Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Ability to interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
