Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
Ideally will be able to multi skill outside their core trade - to include basic plumbing tasks, general maintenance tasks, basic carpentry and general PPM compliance tasks.
Should be able to identify issues and be able to problem solve with good decision making.
Must have the ability to operate safely and have a good knowledge of Health and Safety.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Will be expected to complete and send paperwork/photos electronically via our tablet system.
Essential:
Qualified electrician ( or electrical qualifications)
Experience of carrying out planned maintenance and reactive works.
The individual will be expected to travel around South Wales, Bristol and surrounding areas to carry out work on site using a company vehicle.
This role is being offered on a permanent basis, offering a company van, fuel card, pension and security in your role.
Our maintenance repairs are carried out for large food chains and high street brands so there are jobs that occasionally have to be scheduled for out of hours (overtime rates apply).
Paid from door to door.
Competitive rates based on experience.
