Description
Responsibilities
  • Installation & Commissioning
  • Install, test, and commission electrical systems, machinery wiring, control panels, and distribution boards in compliance with industrial standards.
  • Lay out and terminate power cables, control cables, and instrumentation wiring.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on motors, drives, PLC panels, switchgears, and industrial lighting.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in electrical circuits, control systems, and automation equipment.
  • Respond quickly to electrical breakdowns to minimize downtime.
  • Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to electrical codes, safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Perform lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures before working on energized equipment.
  • Conduct safety checks on electrical installations and equipment.
  • System Monitoring
  • Monitor and record performance of electrical equipment (voltage, current, load, insulation resistance, etc.).
  • Identify trends in equipment behavior to prevent failures.
